End User Adoption is not one size fits all. Every situation is different and requires thoughtful strategy to achieve your end user adoption goals. I have been focused on end- user adoption of SharePoint since 2008, and have been driving projects in small private companies (500 to 1,000 employees) and for government programs such as NASA International Space Station Program (with International use by other space administrations in Japan, Canada and Europe). I have developed and tested a SharePoint end user adoption methodology used in these projects.
Whether you need someone to discuss ideas and give advice, or you need an entire strategy, I am here to help you. This is a great opportunity to have an experienced user adoption guru on your team.
In this micro job, we will meet for two, one hour sessions. I will deliver a recommendations document for end-user adoption based on your specific situation.
Session One (60 minutes): We will discuss your project, goals and challenges
After Session One I will create your actionable recommendations document
Session Two (60 minutes): We will discuss the actionable recommendations in detail and answer your questions
I am also available for additional hours to help you talk out risks and challenges that come up throughout a project. These can be purchased after our initial sessions.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
