I have been involved in projects all my working life. I spent 15 years working in construction across a wide range of projects, I specialised in Project Management from an early age and applied the principles to deliver projects of significance to demanding deadlines without compromising on quality or budget – I have been involved in two award winning projects. The project I am proudest of was building a prestige private house in just 10 weeks from breaking ground to handing over the keys.
I have been using computer based Project Management tools for more than 35 years.
I have been helping people realise their innate project management capabilities for the past 23 years, teaching people the principles of good project management and how to use Microsoft Project, Project Server and Project Online to deliver projects more effectively.
I have established a reputation for deep product knowledge allied to the ability to communicate concepts in a way that is easy to understand and directly relevant to the role of the individual. I was selected from a global list of candidates to assist NATO with their use of Project Server at their global logistics centre in Brindisi Italy in 2016. My reputation and knowledge has seen me work with customers in Australia, South Korea, the Philippines, Dubai, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic, Holland, Sweden, Norway, Ireland and USA.
I have recently been involved in a global transformation programme for a major Pharma company and subsequent to that was engaged in the office of the CEO supporting strategic projects introduced as the result of a new CEO being in post. During that time I established a strong reputation as a "go to guy" for all things Project Server related.
