Your organization is starting to see that Office 365 could help regarding digital workplace, communication, collaboration, document management and much more. However, as you browse through the many Office 365 applications, you realize that it is difficult to see where to start. So much time can be wasted to figure this out if not guided by a seasoned consultant. If that sounds familiar to your situation, my MicroJob is just for you!
With over 14 years of real field experience, including 6 in the SharePoint/Office 365 consulting area, I have accompanied countless businesses in aligning the best Office 365 applications and SharePoint features with their real business requirements. Moreover, I usually do implement the roadmaps that I recommend, so I always manage the expectations as to what is really feasible and at what cost (please note that actual implementation is not included in this specific MicroJob).
As we go through this exercise together, we will build a vision architecture that fits your own business and a roadmap with real actionable items to get to your destination.
The vision architecture deliverable is a conceptual diagram mapping the recommended Office 365 applications to your specific needs. For example, what will be the best tools for your intranet portal, your team collaboration... and do you actually need an intranet portal? Please see the pictures for an actual sample.
The roadmap is an agile epic backlog containing a prioritized and budgeted list of initiatives need to be done to achieve the vision architecture. Please see the pictures for an actual sample.
Please note that the workshop and deliverables can be in English or French, as desired. Veuillez noter que l'atelier et les livrables peuvent être en français, si désiré.
To get there, the following steps will be carried out:
I used this process on multiple clients with great success. Please look at the pictures to get a glimpse on the deliverable.
