Matt's demonstration focused on creating a Modern Autograph book, combining a picture, autograph and description into one record, but could easily be tweaked to combine other elements into the process. The process highlights the use of PowerApps (to take a photo and signature); Microsoft Flow (to process these images); SharePoint (to store the data); Azure (to combine the elements into one document) and finally reverts back to SharePoint to store the final combined document.
