So you have a subscription to Office 365! You have access to the Microsoft Cloud! So what? So many times I speak to organisations that have invested in Office 365 but without fully understanding what it is they've bought. Organisations have invested in Office 365 and only done an Exchange Migration, and then stopped. They've rolled out Skype for Business, and then stopped! You've started the ball rolling, now just keep the momentum going!
This job will give you an insight into the toolkit that you've adopted, the tools, the trends and what it might mean to your users. It will consist of a 1-hour call using Teams or Skype for Business and will take the form of a presentation where you will get an insight into what Office 365 truly is, the tools, the advantages, and some of the pitfalls which I've encountered.
This is a very high-level introduction, giving you the basic understanding of each element of O365, covering topics such as:
The presentation element will last for approx 50 minutes allowing for 10 minutes of questions.

Matt really knows what he's talking about. He gave a great overview, was able to answer my questions (some general, some very specific), and is quite knowledgeable about what's coming up soon in O365. He also did his research - we are a government tenant, and he brushed up on those tenant differences before we chatted.
